A young Nigerian woman has caused quite a commotion on video-sharing platform, TikTok, with her statement that she met her husband in the bush.
The woman made this revelation in reply to the many inquiries from her followers about how she came to meet and wed a white man.

The woman explained that her romantic journey unfolded like a plotline from a Nollywood film, with her chance meeting with her future spouse occurring in 2021 as she went to gather firewood in the bush.
The woman recounted that her partner was direct about his emotions towards her and even proposed in December of that same year.
Having spent two years building their love and trust, they exchanged their marital vows at the Ikoyi wedding registry in Lagos in the year 2023.
The lady, identified as @priscaijeomavaldgeima on TikTok, shared a video compilation of herself and her husband, including a clip from their court wedding and revealed that he paid her bride price in full.
