He made this conversation public following an interview with well-known activist and writer Reno Omokri, where he tried to clear his name of any accusations against him.

It’s worth noting that after Mohbad’s unfortunate demise on September 12, videos surfaced showing him being mistreated by individuals reportedly linked to Marlian Music.

There was also a video in which Mohbad stated that Naira Marley should be held accountable if anything happened to him.

These incidents sparked widespread outrage on social media, with many pointing fingers at Naira Marley and suggesting his involvement in Mohbad’s passing. However, Naira Marley clarified that he was out of the country when Mohbad passed away.

He subsequently released a video in which he shared his phone conversation with the 27-year-old singer. In this conversation, Mohbad apologized for his previous statement. Naira Marley also offered advice to Mohbad, urging him not to contemplate self-harm and encouraging him to release himself from any pressures he may have been facing.

“So, you don’t have thoughts of hurting yourself anymore? This conversation happened just an hour ago when you were alone in your room. I’ve told you to be open and speak your mind,” he said in part. Watch the video below.
