A video capturing the incident where a group of individuals intruded onto the music set of the late singer Mohbad, seemingly attempting to intimidate him while he was with Zlatan Ibile, has ignited fury across social media.
The video, widely circulated on X (formerly Twitter), depicted Mohbad facing nearly constant disruptions during a music video shoot alongside Zlatan Ibile.

The deceased artist was in the process of preparing for a music video alongside Zlatan Ibile when an individual named Sam Larry abruptly interrupted the shoot, wielding a cane.
Zlatan Ibile was also spotted defending the late singer.
The video emerged amidst the controversies surrounding the singer’s death, implicating Naira Marley, the singer’s former boss.
In 2022, a conflict arose between Mohbad and his former mentor, Naira Marley, involving disputes over royalties and a shift in management. Allegedly, this disagreement led to Naira Marley supposedly orchestrating an assault on Mohbad.
Mohbad officially parted ways with Marlian Music on October 24, 2022, only to tragically pass away a few months later.
The video sparked outrage among Nigerians, prompting numerous demands for the questioning and apprehension of Naira Marley.
A social media user from Calabar, known as Tuchel, expressed, “Zlatan showed support for Mohbad, a true friend. The recent videos and music releases seem to implicate Naira Marley. In a functioning country, he would have been questioned by the police, but alas, this is Nigeria.”
