A Nigerian man, known as @KaizTweets on Twitter, recently shared his remarkable journey after moving to Winnipeg, Canada, in 2022. To celebrate his one-year anniversary since leaving Nigeria, he took to Twitter on Thursday, May 18, to recount his ‘japa’ experience.

According to his tweet, he was able to secure a job within two weeks of arriving in Canada, purchased a brand new car, and tied the knot with the love of his life in January 2023.
Expressing gratitude for his newfound experiences, he also emphasized that his monthly expenses, including taxes, in Canada exceed his annual salary back in Nigeria.
