The woman recounted how the Okada rider, while passing by the salon where she was getting her hair done, stopped to purchase a dress for his girlfriend. Despite exceeding his budget, he declined her offer to help pay the remaining balance.

Instead, he instructed the seller to keep the dress and his available cash, assuring him he would return with the remaining balance within a few hours. When inquired about his decision, he simply stated that it would bring him greater satisfaction to purchase the dress himself with his own money.
