Some days ago, Ghanaians called out Wizkid for not showing up for his concert at Accra sports stadium after they waited for him for 12 hours.
Reportedly, only 5k tickets were sold for the 45k capacity stadium. This, allegedly, is the reason why Wiz didn’t turn up for the show.
Few hours after, Wizkid disappointed his fans in Ghana, Wizkid again fails to show up to perform at his concert in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. As a result some organisers of the show have taken one of WizKid’s crew members hostage and have refused to release him until they see Wizkid on stage.

Wizkid is one of the most popular musicians in Africa, who rose to prominence in 2010 with the release of his debut album, “Superstar,” and has since become one of the biggest names in the Nigerian music scene.

Wizkid has won numerous awards and has been nominated for several others, including a Grammy Award.
He is known for his unique blend of Afrobeats and pop music, and has collaborated with several other top artists from around the world.
Something is not right with him at the moment. First he disappointed Ghanaians, now the people of Ivory Coast.
If you know how Ghanaians love and cherish Wizkid even more than all Ghanaian artists, then you will agree with me that something is wrong.
