The fintech industry, which experienced significant growth during the pandemic and the period that followed, has hit some rough patches in 2024. Despite the slowdown in funding, a number of fintech companies are still growing and expanding their teams.
To get a sense of just how many companies are hiring, I reached out to the community to ask which fintechs are still looking to bring people on board. Within just over an hour, I received more than a dozen responses. A few days later, I was hearing from dozens more. Even for someone who writes about this industry regularly, the number and quality of responses were surprising.

Now, TechCrunch isn’t exactly a job board, so this isn’t a comprehensive list of all available positions in fintech. But if you’ve been laid off recently, just graduated, or are simply looking for a career change, this might be a good place to start.
