Here’s a snapshot of what the job involves:
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via inbound calls, offering guidance on retirement plans and answering questions about various retirement products like 401(k), 403(b), 457, and 401(a).
- Provide exceptional customer service, helping with plan inquiries, balance transfers, account information, loan requests, and more.
- You’ll be trained for up to eight weeks, with ongoing support through coaching sessions, team meetings, and other development opportunities.
Daily Duties:
- Communicate clearly with clients to improve their financial well-being.
- Build trust with customers and assist them in reaching their retirement goals.
- Handle customer issues and inquiries, using various systems to provide solutions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least three years of customer service experience.
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus, but not necessary.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new learning quickly.
- Availability to work any shift between 7:30 am and 10 pm EST.

- A Bachelor’s degree and one year of customer service experience.
