A video capturing a young man’s refusal of a 1,000 Naira gift from music video director TG Omori has sparked reactions among netizens.
While TG Omori was about to enter his car, a group of young men approached him, and he contemplated offering them some money to uplift their spirits.

The director handed a 1,000 naira note to the most vocal person among them as he entered his car, but the man declined the offer.
In objection, he expressed to TG Omori, “Na 1k be this oh boss,” Upon hearing this, the renowned filmmaker promptly retrieved his money, gave the man an irritated look, and forcefully shut his car door.
When the guy’s friend inquired about the incident, he responded by suggesting they let it go, stating that it was only N1,000 that he wanted them to divide among themselves.
Reacting to the video, an instagram user wrote; “In life you don’t teach people how to help you, and when they’ve helped you with the least still tell them thank you with a grateful heart so that you go still get and give people big ones.”
