The Nigeria Police Force has pledged to conduct a thorough investigation into the death of Mohbad, a popular rapper known as Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba.

On Thursday, Force Public Relations Officer Muyiwa Adejobi announced that the Lagos State Commissioner of Police has been tasked with investigating the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death. He assured the public that updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.
Adejobi expressed heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and fans of the late Mohbad, acknowledging their concerns about his untimely death.
“To demonstrate the NPF’s commitment to a comprehensive investigation, “the Inspector General of Police directed the Lagos Commissioner of Police to take charge of the case.”
The Inspector General of Police encouraged family members and associates with valuable information to contact the Lagos State Commissioner of Police to help with the investigation
“While the investigation is ongoing, we kindly ask that people avoid making statements or taking actions that could interfere with it”.
