Netflix and GOBELINS have teamed up to offer six scholarships aimed at fostering new animation talent from the African continent for the September 2024 intake. These scholarships are part of a two-year course taught in English, specifically designed to help students achieve a professional level in directing and storytelling within a multicultural environment.

The program covers a wide range of skills, including writing, storyboarding, and complex animation techniques like mixed methods and character interaction. Students will also have the opportunity to work on an open-themed film project at the end of their studies, simulating real-world professional conditions.

Benefits

The scholarships cover the full tuition fees for the entire duration of the program—three years for the Bachelor of Arts and two years for the Master of Arts.

Requirements
