A Twitter user has shared the story of a man who has been hospitalized after breaking a leg while running from robbers who wanted to snatch his phone in Lagos.
According to a Twitter user, @olabodeEO who shared the story, the man jumped off the Otedola bridge in an attempt to escape the armed robbers.

Sadly, he broke his leg and was rushed to the hospital where he has been asked to pay N1.2 million for his treatment.
“This guy jumped off Otedola bridge because he didn’t want to part with his phone when robbers crossed him last night. He broke a leg, and was rushed to emergency before being transferred to Igbobi. The first bill just came in – 1.2 million. Plus, he’s in severe pain. Sigh.” The Twitter user wrote.
