However, her record is currently being evaluated by Guinness World Records as Nigerian chef Hilda Baci recently completed a cooking marathon lasting over 100 hours.

Chef Tondon showed support for Hilda Baci during her cooking session by sending well wishes through her official Instagram page.

Following Hilda’s accomplishment, Chef Tondon took to her Instastory to urge Nigerians to refrain from turning it into a competition between her and Hilda until Guinness World Records officially verifies the new record.

Expressing her fondness for peace, Chef Tondon appealed to Nigerians to maintain harmony and not to view it as a rivalry between her and Hilda.

She emphasized that the record is simply a milestone. Along with her message, Chef Tondon shared a photo from her own record-setting moment in 2019.
