Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has responded to a notorious Ghanaian troll who accused him of being responsible for the death of his son Ifeanyi.

Recall that on Monday, October 31, Ifeanyi drowned in an accident at the singer’s Banana Island residence in Lagos.

Many internet users expressed their condolences to the singer and his wife, Chioma, following his tragic death. But the troll, who didn’t feel sorry for Davido, tweeted a string of offensive things about the musician.

The troll, who went by the name Albert Nat Hyde, accused Davido of negligent and careless behavior that caused his son to die. He added that Davido would have been detained for negligence in a more civilized environment.

He tweeted,

“In advanced countries like in the US, Davido and Chioma (parents of Ifeanyi) will be investigated for the death of their son and probably sued for negligence (if found culpable).
Put emotions aside. This is a legal issue, y’all don’t read.

Davido has always been careless and care-free. Blame him for the sudden death of his son.

He could have taken precaution by been a proactive father who supervises his son’s swimming lessons thus preventing any misfortune (drowning) from happening.”

The superstar singer, who recently returned back to social media after taking a break to mourn his son, allegedly responded to the vile troll.

Davido, who supposedly slid into the troll’s DM to give him a piece of his mind, hoped that he will not experience the same pain of losing a child.
