Renowned Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced his ongoing construction of a lavish mansion for himself and his wife, Chioma.
In an appearance on the recent episode of the Drink Champs podcast, co-hosted by N.O.R.E and DJ EFN, Davido shared the news. Following the tragic loss of their son, Ifeanyi, the singer reportedly relocated from his Banana Island residence.

He revealed that the new house, situated in the prestigious Eko Atlantic City in Lagos, has a Mexican-themed design.
Additionally, Davido expressed his belief that real estate is a lucrative field and stated that if he were not involved in music, he would consider pursuing a career in that industry.
“Real estate right now, I would say in Lagos. People have been building some really impressive structures. Yeah, it’s a very good investment, I’m telling you.
“You can buy a place for like $1.5 million… But you can sell it for like $4 million. I am telling you, it is a very good investment. The new house I am building now, for me and my wife, is by the beach; it’s at Eko Atlantic City. It’s really amazing, with a lot of impressive buildings,” he said.
