Popular Afrobeat artist, Davido Adeleke, has surprised social media users by revealing his newfound partnership with fellow superstar, Wizkid, while confirming their upcoming joint music tour.
Previously, Wizkid had announced his plans to embark on a tour with Davido, which garnered skepticism from his fans.

During a recent interview, Davido corroborated that he would be teaming up with the Ojuelegba artist for a concert tour, albeit possibly not until next year instead of the present year.
He proceeded to elaborate on their bond, revealing that Wizkid had been a constant presence in his life and communicated with him every week.
In his words;
“Yeah, I think probably … we’re in the talk. I think next year because I have to do my tour first; this Timeless album. I think by next year, me and Wizkid will do a record together. Shout out to my brother, he calls me literally every week to check up on me.”
