“Ghanaian artistes should thank their Nigerian artistes for bringing the world’s attention to Africa – Singer Wendy Shay 

Wendy Shay, Ghanaian singer, has said that her colleagues in the music industry should appreciate their Nigerian counterparts for bringing the world’s attention to Africa.

The music star took to her Twitter page and averred that Nigerians have given Africa global relevance through Afrobeats. She then admonished her countrymen to wake up and smell the coffee.

She tweeted;

“GHANAIAN ARTISTES SHOULD THANK NIGERIANS ARTISTES, FOR BRINGING THE WORLD’S ATTENTION TO AFRICA …THROUGH AFROBEATS. GHANA WAKE UP!”
