Students who have already earned a bachelor’s degree at an African university and who are residents or nationals of an African country are eligible to apply for the MasterCard Foundation Scholars program at Michigan State University for Masters students.
The Scholarship program aims to offer significant assistance for a bachelor’s or master’s degree to be successfully completed. 3. The Scholars Program of the UC MasterCard Foundation

6. The UNCF-MERCK Science Research Fellowship Program
The UNCR-MERCK Undergraduate Science Research Scholarship Awards were created to help deserving African American undergraduate students who are passionate about research continue their study and pursue professions in science.
These scholarship programs will pay for your tuition and provide you the chance to do research in cutting-edge labs. Up to $25,000 of each annual award’s maximum value—$35,000—will be used to cover tuition, books, fees, and room and board.
Each UNCF-Merck Undergraduate Fellow will receive two summer research internships with a minimum stipend of up to $10,000 and mentorship from a Merck scientist. Both internships will take place in the summers immediately following the junior and senior years.
The internships are slated to take place at a Merck research site in Rahway, New Jersey; West Point, Pennsylvania; or San Diego, California.

7. Ron Brown Scholar Program
The Ron Brown Scholar Program was created to identify gifted African-American high school students who will significantly impact society.
