There was chaos at Portable’s bar when some members of the Nigerian police force stormed the premises in an attempt to apprehend the singer.
Footage of the incident, which has been circulating on social media, showed the “Zazu Zeh” singer vehemently resisting arrest.

The commotion occurred at Portable’s popular bar in the Sango Ota region of Ogun State.
Portable went live on Instagram during the altercation, confronting the officers and inquiring as to why they were attempting to apprehend him.
He demanded to see their identification cards and reiterated that he had not committed any offence.
He stated that his income was solely generated through legal means, and he had not done anything to merit such treatment from the Nigerian police.
He suggested that if there were legitimate complaints against him, the police should have sent him a written notification, and he would have willingly reported to their station.
One of Portable’s staff members alleged in one of the videos that the officers were at the bar to arrest him at the behest of an online fraudster commonly referred to as a “Yahoo Boy.”
“Yahoo boy carry police come arrest musician”, Portable is heard saying in one of the videos.
