In a recent interview with Beat FM, Ruger talked about how Davido has played a vital role in boosting his music career.

Ruger mentioned that he first met Davido in 2020, before he became famous in 2021. He also said that Davido has been giving him significant support for a while, including helping to promote his music.

Ruger said, “Davido has been supporting me since the early days of my career, even before I became known in 2021. He discovered me in 2020, listened to my songs, liked them, and started promoting them. He’s been helping me get the word out about my music. Burna Boy also showed support during the O2 event in 2021.”
