Nollywood star and politician, Tonto Dikeh, has responded to rumors suggesting that she is facing complications as a result of her recent cosmetic surgery.
A few days ago, the mother of one, took to social media to announce that she had undergone an additional round of liposuction in order to enhance her physique.

In a video shared by Tonto Dikeh, she documented her presence in the hospital where she underwent the surgical procedure. In the accompanying caption, she disclosed that she opted for a third surgical intervention due to a lapse in her efforts following the previous procedure, resulting in the accumulation of excess belly fat.
After the announcement, a Twitter user urged others to offer prayers for the actress, claiming that reliable sources had revealed Tonto Dikeh’s critical condition.
“I hear Tonto Dikeh is in a critical condition in a hospital in Dubai? She went for a 3rd liposuction and BBL, which is bum bum enlargement! I hear the operation didn’t go well, and she’s now in a critical condition in the hospital! I pray for her quick recovery 
.” The Twitter user wrote.
Swiftly responding, Tonto Dikeh took to her Instagram page to share a screenshot of the tweet and refute the news conveyed by the Twitter user.
According to Tonto Dikeh’s statement, she clarified that she is not in critical condition and has already been discharged from the hospital. She further mentioned that she is currently at home, resuming her regular daily activities.
“The way we celebrate and pray publicly with clout when we hear bad news is alarming!!! When I came out for deputy governor of my state, I didn’t see strangers like this one, show care by praying for me, but as soon as you hear one negative unverified nonsense, you wanna pray publicly and attract all those negative responses.
Anyways, my surgery with @realign_aesthetic_clinic based in ENUGU STATE WENT AMAZING. My body is banging, and my health is on top notch. If you have to PRAY, PLEASE PRAY I RECOVER HALF THE MONEY I SPENT ON POLITICS 
No prayer is a waste, but please don’t BOTHER JESUS ON MY BEHALF. I AM SAFE IN MY OWN HOME, doing chores and running errands.” She wrote.
