Following the accusation made by her Ghanaian counterpart, Yvonne Nelson, Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh has finally spoken out about the matter.
Yvonne’s recently published book contained excerpts that alleged Tonto’s romantic involvement with her former partner, singer Iyanya. These revelations caused a significant buzz online since yesterday when they went viral.

Yvonne disclosed that her romantic relationship with the singer of the hit song “Your Waist” came to an end when she discovered his alleged involvement with Tonto Dikeh.
She asserted that during their time together, Tonto would frequently visit Iyanya and even stayed overnight at his residence on multiple occasions.
“Anytime I left Iyanya’s place, another actress came over to him and sometimes slept over. The person turned out to be Tonto Dikeh of Nigeria. When I was convinced about the authenticity of the information I received, I was heartbroken. I took to Twitter to rant. Tonto Dikeh responded, saying people change and so do feelings, so I should move on,” an excerpt from the book read.
In a recent turn of events, Tonto Dikeh, who had remained silent during the ongoing controversy, joined forces with Ghanaian celebrity Afia Schwarzenegger to mock Yvonne Nelson regarding her newly released book.
Tonto shared Schwarzenegger’s shady post on her Instagram page, taking a subtle jab at Yvonne.
Schwarzenegger had shared a modified book cover titled “I am not Afia Schwarzenegger,” suggesting that it would contain revelations and discussions about abortions.
It is worth noting that Yvonne Nelson’s book includes her candid account of undergoing an abortion and revealing aspects of her personal life.
In response, Tonto reposted Schwarzenegger’s satirical book cover and, in the caption, stated, “This is the one I will promote.”
